THE CONCEPTUAL MODEL MANAGEMENT OF DEVELOPMENT ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE OF EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION

The conceptual model of management development organizational culture an educational institution, which is presented by target, normative-methodological, subject-activity, organizational-methodical and estimation-effective modules scientifically substantiated experimentally checked. target module contains socially determined, philosophical strategic components. To reveal the content strategic-target component model, technology "goal tree" according to E. Quaid was used, specified in accordance with subject study. normative-methodological represented legislative-normative, theoretical methodological components that determine legal basis for educational, innovative research-experimental activities institutions. subject-activity reveals mechanisms interaction between subjects objects during implementation various formation cultural environment institution. methodical functional, blocks. functional block integration functions culture, - work on this problem, methods, techniques, techniques sequence their culture. evaluation performance aimed at determining effectiveness processes based definition aim-rational, procedural-semantic, value-normative, communicative-role behavioural-reflexive criteria.Key words: development, module, module.
